          JustBeGreen Lodging will be  located in Morgan County Tennessee, on a 2,000-acre footprint nestled in the Cumberland Mountains. This project will help to highlight all the local history and their cultures while at the same time always respecting their environments.  JBG Villages America’s land plan will house 15 plus segmented designation creators, each requiring a large hospitality component.  Within this development, JustBeGreen Lodging will be creating a restful resort atmosphere, plus the JBG Lodge will be attracting various visitors that will all come together to help create “eco-tourism.” All the while promoting the professionals that will be doing business within all our commercial ventures. This will also include the participants within our proposed medical care facility and to include all their seminars which will be held in the nearby Conference Center.

       All of the family members and all of the individual clients who are coming in for medical treatments plus their relatives, guest  and  permanent residents within the overall land plans; the Lodge will be designed to accommodate them into  a “ healthy green” hospitality experience.   The Lodge at JustBeGreen Villages will be conceptualized and constructed to achieve an appropriate level of LEED certification while delivering a guest experience best summed up by the motto “Value for Money” – giving the guest all that he/she is paying for – or more! This level of green construction will be assured using several affiliates including:

    In addition to the green and sustainable building practices employed, the Lodge at JustBeGreen Villages will incorporate the latest technology to assist in enhancing air quality, managing hazardous waste, and energy savings including the use of Energy Star certified components throughout the hotel.  This process will be facilitated by utilizing the “best of the best” technologies now available to the committed “green” developer/operator.

From a sketch to reality,  a new beginning…



       A multi-step process will assure a pollution-free environment, treating every surface, including the air, removing up to 99% of pollutants so every guest can breathe easy and rest peacefully.  A leading air-purification system will be installed throughout the Lodge to protect guests from airborne irritants and eliminates odors leaving all the guest rooms and public spaces smelling fresh and clean while hypoallergenic mattress and pillow encasements provide soft, breathable coverings to further protect guests and visitors. Carpets, upholstery and all surfaces are deep cleaned and specially treated regularly to keep the guest rooms certified allergy friendly.

Management of the Lodge at JustBeGreen Villages will establish a “green team” with members from each department who will take the available guidelines, check off what already being done and focus on what can be done better.  They will bring to the team suggestions from their department to enhance water conservation, and energy savings.  

The Mountain Lodge

     The proposed Lodge will be built overlooking Morgan County with breath taking views of its State Parks and Mountains.  The proposed plans envision a two-story environmentally sensitive Lodging facility which that will have a 6,500 sq. ft. grand entrance/lobby constructed with logs and remind the visitors of an Appalachian hunting lodge with a mammoth stone hearth.The  Lodge will be made up of 88 rooms that will be located at the pinnacle of the property.  The Lodge will contain two types of rooms, 80 hotel rooms at 360 sq. ft. and 8 suite rooms at 700 sq. ft.  All the rooms will be constructed in period and contain the latest in technology with balconies offering views of the mountains and valleys in the area.

     The Lodge will contain a 5,500 sq. ft. restaurant, 1,920 sq. ft. of retail space and 1,700 sq. ft. of meeting and banquet facilities, 1600 sq. ft. of activities room that will allow the Lodge to hold events from weddings to business meetings.  A covered wrap-around porch will be large enough for dining or dancing and will offer breathtaking views of the surrounding areas. The Lodge will be the signature structure on the property and a center of activity for the residents that call JustBeGreen Lodging community development “home”. In addition, the proposed Lodge will offer 24 rental cabins that will capture the charm and rustic beauty of the area.  The handcrafted log homes will range in size from 400 to 1,000 sq. ft.

Adjacent to this facility will be a swimming pool, tennis courts, racquetball courts, saunas, and whirlpool.  Equestrian and walking trails will be honey-combed throughout the combined complex. 

Shared Amenities

Amenities planned for the development include a Community Center, outdoor swimming pool, tennis, platform tennis, squash, racquetball, volleyball and dart courts, picnic areas and a playground.  It is anticipated that the planned amenities will also include a wedding gazebo; hiking trails a campfire amphitheater and a croquet court.
